Water/Sewer Billing Processes

 The following chart outlines the processes followed in billing now that water and sewer are billed on a monthly basis. Accordingly you can follow the chart for the dates that meters are read, when the bills are issued, the last day to pay without incurring additional charges and the processes that are followed for unpaid bills. Following the chart are sample copies of the bill card that is mailed each month on an actual current bill (Blue Card), and an actual past due bill that was issued a shut-off card (Red Card).
